Troy Gibbs

Executive Director

Troy serves as Executive Director of The Boulevard. As a licensed nursing home administrator with 15 years long term care and operational management experience, he has a passion for delivering excellence in senior care services and hospitality. Troy is a native of the St. Louis area and a father of 3 kids. He enjoys fly fishing, mountain biking and motorcycle riding. Troy and his team look forward to welcoming you to The Boulevard!

Kim Chase

Wellness Director

Kim brings a wealth of memory care and assisted living experience to The Boulevard. She began her career in the healthcare field as a medical assistant for a local family physician, then as a patient care technician at St. Luke’s Hospital while working her way through nursing school. Upon graduating, Kim found her true passion when she took a position in a memory care neighborhood of an assisted living community. Upon completing nursing school, Kim became a wellness nurse at the community, then over the past 5 years, advanced to the Memory Care Director and eventually the Wellness Director position.

Gina Averett

Move In Coordinator

Gina has a Masters Degree in Gerontology. Her genuine love for older adults is easy to see. She is a native of St. Charles and started her professional career in 2008. Her and her husband, Dennis, have a two year-old daughter, CJ, who is always on the go. She is an absolute joy and their world. She loves making memories and spending time with her family. She loves being outside and going for walks. She is so excited to be apart of the Boulevard family.

Jim Valle

Culinary Director

Jim started his culinary career in California in 1984, working in health service communities, hotels, and a country club. In a span of 10 years, Jim was a graduate of SBVC Hotel and Restaurant management and obtained his CWC certification by the American Culinary Federation. He is also a former member of Les Toques Blanches, an organization of executive chefs that guides the future of cooking and strives to improve the culinary vocation through training and education. Jim moved to Missouri In April 2017 to join our company, Arrow Senior Living, where he worked at our Castlewood Community in Springfield, MO prior to coming to The Boulevard in July. He is a proud father of four kids and enjoys fishing, motorcycle riding, and comedy shows.

Robert F. Gettemeier

Business Office Director

Bob is the Business Office Director for The Boulevard Senior Living community. Bob has degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and has worked in management and administration for over 25 years. In his spare time Bob has a passion for landscape design and architecture and is currently pursuing his interests in horticulture.

Mary Stoinski

Resident Services Director

Mary joined the Boulevard team after nearly 20 years as a music teacher. Having worked with seniors both personally and professionally, Mary is passionate about enriching the lives of residents through fun, purpose and a genuine sense of community and relationships. Mary is a mom to 4 beautiful grown daughters. She loves St. Louis, music, dancing, hiking, and life in general.

Gregory Dierlam

Project Director

Gregory joined Arrow Senior Living in 2016 as Senior Living Counselor for The Boulevard. He was recently promoted to Project Director responsible for the marketing, promotion and leasing of properties in the St. Louis area. He takes pride in assisting seniors and their families in the process of finding the best solutions for their current needs.

Gregory has spent many years in a variety of positions with a focus on education, training, customer service and artistry. He is adaptive and versatile in his ability to work effectively with all ages (young children to seniors). He is a graduate of Oakland City University and completed coursework at Lindenwood University. He considers art to be his passion and ongoing hobby. He is currently working in the mediums of oil painting and fused glass.
